I booked through wotif, to arrive and find my booking had been cancelled months ago and there was no communication to advise me of this. Lots of noise about how they could not contact me, but I had received email confirmation notices no problems. I see I am not the first person to have this issue. And what's worse the owners could not have cared less. They blamed wotif, wotif blamed them. Due to being AIMS games weekend, there was zero other accommodation available. I would have given zero stars if that was possible.

Comfortable although bit close to street so noisy during the day if you work night shifts. No block out curtains in the rooms either

I booked a room with Wotif and the motel did not honour the booking. The staff member was very unhelpful, and give no explanation apart from its not her problem.

Stayed overnight Sunday 13th December.. An excellent choice. VERY clean and tidy. Good showers and facilities we would highly recommend it if visiting Tauranga. It is close to the road so there is road noise but such a great place who cares
