The lakeside view is beautiful, my daughter likes the ducks very much. They are so cute. Showers and toilets are a bit cold in winter but no problem in summer time.

The bed is the worst I've ever slept on! If they can fork out on a heat pump they can fork out on decent beds! They should pay us to sleep in them!
It is not clean, the floors are in dire need of a mop! Cobwebs are obvious and show a lack of cleanliness!
Good points: The staff are friendly and its near the lake.

Stumbled upon this lovely park. We were looking for a non powered tent site but we were interested in swimming in the lake. The owners were extremely nice and gave us a lake front powered site (usually for camper vans) for no extra charge. Beautiful waking up to the lake every morning and very nice facilities to use!

As lakeside as you can get with camping or chalet options for accommodation. Basic paid wifi with connection not great. Boat ramp next door and close to shops with Ngongotaha a short drive away. Lovely spot by the lake. Playground for children and bbq areas.

Amazing location right on the lake! Super clean and nice facilities. And the hosts were so friendly :) would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I recently stayed at Willowpark and loved it. Jan and Gary were welcoming and friendly and the place was nice and clean. We originally only went for a few days but ended up staying 9. We'll be back

We were recommended Willowhaven by some travellers we met on the road. So glad we followed their advice. Willowhaven is a fabulous little holiday park. Our spot was right on Lake Rotarua (amazing view). The hosts were friendly and helpful and the toilets/showers were the cleanest and best designed we have used over our many years of camping.
