My work takes me all over the North Island of NZ and when I stay in Napier I stay at the Bella Tuscany, it is clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. Even though they are only 8 minutes from town they have a free shuttle and will drop you off anywhere in the Napier area or pick up and drop off at the airport. I don't usually write reviews but I feel they deserve it. : )

Fairly basic in terms of amenities and the location is a bit far from the city centre, but staff are extremely friendly and hospitable.

Very friendly management, well air conditioned rooms. Be aware that although the motel is good, it's not that close to the centre of town. TV reception isn't amazing.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Bella Tuscany. Excellent facilities and amazing staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. Going that extra mile for us really made the difference and we can't wait to return again next year!
