Good value for money, nice rooms and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast below average but otherwise a nice place at a fair price. I will be staying again when I am stopping in Napier next time.

Awesome WiFi, it's hassle free and fast and good quality in all rooms, Plus it's FREE, best hotel WiFi I have seen for a while. Unique place. Very Budget. Good for one or two nights stay, wouldn't recommend for a long stay. But Awesome place.

Stayed on a business trip. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bit loud from traffic on Tennyson.

Clean, friendly staff and in the town centre. Great basic, contemporary styled hotel. In room air conditioning unit and windows that open with secure stays so we could enjoy the cooler breeze in the evening and turn the air con on as needed. Room rates reasonable. A microwave in the room would have been ideal (travelling with little one, it helps to be able to heat up meals and sterilse bottles) but these are available in the suites (we had a family room) and the website states clearly what is in each room so we just made plans accordingly. Would stay again.

Loved this spot, the Art Deco touches and styling very tasteful. A stroll to multiple cafes and plenty of cool shops for the girl in my life. Limited parking but no huge hassle, plan B was easy.
