Burnt cofee and really rude staff.
Coffee is ok, but the service is unacceptable. The barista acts like god put him on this earth to grace us all and foreigners are unwelcome. I live in queenstown and he acts like I'm clearly an inconvienence to his day even though I'm local (unbeknownst to him), and paying for an overpriced cappuccino. I'd much rather go to the coffee hatch, joes garage or vudu, and I reccomend anyone else looking for good coffee do the same.
Have to agree with other reviewer - grumpiest service I've had in NZ and I only asked for a long black. Coffee was decent, nothing more. The place was empty at 11am which speaks volumes when other coffee shops in QT are rammed
The best coffee in Queenstown. Great service, located near the village green. Perfect place to people watch with a great coffee!
If they were going for the snobby vibe, it worked. I asked for iced coffee (and it's summer so not like it is an outrageous request) and the seller got offended. 😓
Queenstown does not offer much in terms of GOOD coffee or DECENT food - so the place is a safe haven for caffeine addicts. Good service, choice of beans and the black coffee was more than pleasant (and not burnt like the one in Vudu)
