Such snobery for a department store!
Good heavens!
Most rude woman in the Chanel department, most unpleasant, sharp tounged. Firstly she was no where to be seen when I was looking.oct 9 at 10 am. Then barked at me..I walked away stunned.
Then woman in Christmas area ignored me.did not make eye contact, no ' I will be with you in a moment', just rude . She was not busy!
I was standing with things in my hands to buy at the check out area..and waited a good long time..
Woman in the eves st Lauren dept very lovelyHelpful..maybe the others could learn from her.
I won't be coming back to your down town store..
Managers.perhaps you could ask your staff to be more friendly.after all , I came to buy..!response / report this review -

Great service in the cosmetics department and contemporary lounge. The fashion atrium staff could be more customer focused, received no greeting or offer of assistance from staff (they were too busy talking amongst themselves).

Fantastic store, take your time to browse and find the perfect, unusual present.
Lots of space and not overly cluttered.
The entrance with all the teas/ coffee and unusual food items, reminded me of the grocery area in Harrod's-London.
