Me and my friend stayed at Awaroa Glamping while doing the 5 day great walk and we had the loveliest time! Mike and Birgit gave us a very warm welcome after a long and rainy day of hiking and even upgraded us to the cabin as it wasn't reserved! We spent the evening playing rummikub at the dinner table with an amazing view and had a very good night sleep in the comfortable cabin. The next morning they helped us cross the beach at high tide so we could continue our walk. Definite recommend!!!
