Was not happy at all! When I arrived to drop my car off I waited for nearly 10 minutes while the man on reception talked on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me or say he would see me soon. I still needed a warrant so I left my car with them. I was called an hour or so later to say my car had been failed on numerous things. I accepted these thinking they were legitimate and but when I said I'd take the car away to fix up these problems myself they didn't seem happy and I had to ask 3 times to get my warrant sheet! The times before this they ignored me and kept talking over me. When I inspected the car to find the specific parts I needed I found there was in fact no fuel leak or crack on the engine mount as they had said. And when I removed a panel to see the rust that they said was within 150mm of the door hinge I found it was a lot further away than they had stated and of a legal distance. So I took the car for a second opinion and sure enough I passed straight away! Not happy at all with them. Making up silly things to fail me on in order to make more out of me.

Great place to take your volkwagon ! Just got mines back and the cost was cheaper then I thought it would be . Was great cause I was always kept updated. Definitely coming back when ever I need to do something for my car . Thanks heaps auto clinic team .
