Took an iphone that would not turn on to be repaired. I had to pay a $30 fee for them to even look at it which I did. They then rang and said the repair would be $320. When I went to pick up the phone they told me they were the cheapest in town and tried to bully me into having the repair done. I took the phone away and went to OOBE. They advised the phone was still under warranty so the repair would cost nothing. When I asked what the repair would have cost if it was not under warranty they advised it would have been $115. Over $200 difference. Don't go near this place. Just so you know I am not a competitor writing a false review I am a very disappointed customer. These people are dishonest and that dishonesty will show through if they reply saying that I am a competitor
I see they did say I was a competitor and they had no job for me but attached is the photo from my bank statement of what I had to pay for them purely look at it. DON"T GO NEAR THIS PLACE THEY ARE DISHONESTresponse / report this review -

MY daughters Mac was not booting and if it did it would shut down. They replaced the hard drive in my daughter's desk top Mac and said it was fixed. They fixed the hard drive with insulation tape. When we went back to them they were not helpful and would not give us refund. They are not authorized APPLE Repairers, Avoid them.

NOT recommended!
Their business model is based on offering low pricing upfront. Then they call later to say they have found 'other' things that do not work and it would cost more. Features that initially had no issues were deemed to be broke, this did not make any sense.
Poor customer service - The guy was aggressive (shouting) when I asked for an explanation about how something that was working is now broken, they don't listen to you. They advise that they will get back to you in x minutes or a particular time but do not follow up at all. You have to chase them up.
In consistent & poor service - They repaired something but this broke other things. Depending on who you speak to you will receive different responses. They don't tell you the full implication of replacing/fixing something (breaks something else, or doesn't work like before).
Lesson learnt - Don't get sucked in by cheap pricing! The experience was the worst I have ever experienced, at the end I just paid to get my phone back which now has two new things broken that initially worked.
