Friendly and helpful hosts. Good sized studio room with great self catering facilities. The spa bath is a fab extra in some rooms. Along with the view and the balcony came a relaxing atmosphere.

This is the most comfortable place I've been to in north. Friendly service , very cosy and warm rooms. Marvelous breakfast, . Highly recommend, will come back soon.

Very clean, comfortable, good sized rooms with ample facilities. Best of all a fantastic view, (better on the first floor) catch the sunrise every morning or just walk over the road to the beach for a lovely stroll into town.

Beautiful setting next to the beach (1 min). Rooms very well set out with excellent amenities. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come again.

We stayed here for two days over Christmas holiday. Our room was ready upon arrival and was just beautiful, clean, and organized with a well stocked kitchen. Our view of Mercury Bay was spectacular and this was the only place we stayed where there was a heated pool. The place was right across the street from the beach and bike path and minutes away from town. Though it was on the highway, the noise was not noticeable with the glass door closed. There were bikes to borrow and a comfortable place in the office to go where the internet was better than in the room. The owner and staff were good people and fun to talk with. Definitely a fine place to consider when booking.

The suites are awesome. Lovely balcony, bed and jacuzzi bath. Didn't get to try the pool but looked good. Friendly staff. Lovely view of the sea. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms large and modern. Brilliant view. We liked the room so much we stayed in one night and cooked even though we weren't planning to!
