My wife and dropped in for a nice meal suddenly remembering it was our wedding anniversary.
Ambiance - far too dark - had to use my i-phone torch to read the menu.
Service v good - great care taken over my wifes GF needs. Always appreciated.
mains delivered - both needed steak knives - had to ask for these
my pork belly crackling reminded me of an army biscuit = so tough even the sharper knife didn't cut through it. desserts ok.
staff showed concern at the crackling and seemed to know it was far too tough, but still served it.
No discount offered.lesson is to send the meal back next time.
Going back to the Terrace or Scotia I think
    Graeme R.
