  I visited hear as I'd seen reviews naming it the best pizza in Auckland. It didn't live up to the expectation, however it was wasn't bad. Just not what I was expecting. Fitout was more 'fast food' than I was expecting with limited seating. Friendly staff. Very popular for take-out.

  Authentic, warm and inviting don’t do Al Volo justice. Arachini, Tortellini, Gnocchi and Stromboli as well as perfect pizza. A trip to Italy in Mt Eden!!

  We're just in NZ for a week. Did a search for gluten free restaurants, and decided on Al Volo Pizza. Absolutely delicious salad and pizza! Friendly and helpful staff also gave us some pointers about what to see.

  Easily the Best Pizza in Auckland if not anywhere else in NZ and that's saying something. And then had Pizza Dessert.. WOW!!

  Absolutely love the gluten free pizza here!!! There pizzas are so morish, you need to get 1 pizza per person.

  Most amazing Pizzeria I've every been to
  Fantastic food with fabulous atmosphere
  
  Antipasto platter and entrees to tantalize the tastebuds
  The most amazing Pizza and pasta dishes
  Finally the desserts - an amazing selection of traditional Italian desserts & a dessert pizza to die for (this is my favorite pizza by far)
