This place is spotless, I have never seen such clean hotel or motel. Perfect location 10 min walk to botanical gardens , 10 min walk to mall with supermarket, 30 min drive to airport.

Booked more than one night unfortunately under separate bookings. Had to cancel trip. Told them my plans changed and had to cancel trip. Didn't cancel separately under each booking thinking when I told them I was cancelling they would understand I was cancelling everything. They charged me anyway. Cancelled other bookings no problem. Would not use them.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying for 7 days and nights what a wonderful stay. Unit cleaned and serviced every day, owners so helpful and friendly. Location Location Location perfect. Walking distance to Bars, Cafes, Shops the City and so much. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much. John and Rama Gordon (Rotoruau)
