Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and made a special trip to Clearwater in person to require 2 rooms next to each other 2 months advanced. But it didn’t happen when we checked in.
The second night, one of the room’s outside door was locked and we couldn’t get into room.response / report this review -

Quiet and peaceful. Nearby nature park. Lovely place for a stroll. Located in golf resort.

I can't accept they offer a room to the guest . The water is leaking from the bath room to the carpet . It was still wet when I get into the room . During winter , their air conditioning was set at 21 degree Celsius . They should respect that each individual has their own limit for temperature. It freezing in the room but all they can tell u was, their hotel set all the heating system at 21 degree Celsius .

Absolutely disgusted with this resort. Me and my partner paid for the Quay suite which is all well and good with the lovely fresh bread made. Other than that I had no robes in the cupboard which was stated that there was. There was no hot water only for a minute when I was having a shower then it went completely cold. There was under half a toilet roll that was just left on the toilet holder which it should be a fresh one for sanitary reasons. Worst of all I had 2 apartments on top of us as we were at the bottom and all I could hear all night was banging and thumping on top and the strairs which is right next to our suite to get up to those ones was just banging and thumping as people go up and down them which was all night! 262.00 for a night of no sleep and disappointment. 1/10 I rate it except the lovely customer service at the desk. I really hope to hear back from my complaint as it's just really disappointing for a apparent 4 star hotel?

Superb! Exceptional customer service from the employee at reception. Our lake view room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful surrounds.
Probably wouldn't recommend eating in at the restaurant, a little pricey, not many options and the food was average.

The coffee on expensive room was cheap poor quality. Milk was a small long life container. Toilet paper was one ply and like sandpaper.. with the cost of the room it was very poor quality all round.

This is a real gem. Fab room and so spacious. Very friendly staff. If requested, they will pick you up from your apartment and take you to the lobby and vice versa. Beautiful surroundings. Bit out of the way from the city but very relaxing.

This could be lovely but the quality of the staff doesn't match the rooms. Nice grounds but the location is not handy to anything and is under a flight path- I was woken at 3:30am by a plane going over one night. We had a villa but this was difficult because the doors of the individual rooms auto-shut if not propped open (we used a large stone for one since they didn't have enough door-stops) - problematic when one room was for our young child. Couldn't work the heating in one room. Needed to call reception three times - once for a knife since that was missing (they took 45min to deliver one), once to ask them to come and remove some fly-studded cobwebs, once because the washing machine stopped working. Had to remind them about the portacot upon check-in; they lost that request we made when booking - and my mother's room cards stopped working after a day and she had to get them to reactivate them. Problems aside, the rooms were lovely: comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.

Clearwater is a beautiful place, Rooms have spectacular views.
The Golf course is really nice and well maintained, The lakes are really nice and full of trout. The grounds themselves are really tidy and very friendly people. Would be happy to stay againresponse / report this review
