The people receiving customer phone queries are rude and impolite. The tone of their voice need improvement. They answer as if the customers are trying to get the store products for free. Not helpful in their replies at all.

My MacBook's touchpad was lagging and I gave them the laptop for cleaning. At pick-up I was told two 'fuses' were blown and that's why it was lagging. I have a hard time believing this because touchpad is still lagging, and dunes of dust are still visible from beneath the keyboard. I seriously doubt they cared to remove the battery at the bottom to investigate the touchpad.

They have a huge banner outside their building so it wouldn't be a problem to find this place. The staff are good and supportive and you can find evry kind of Apple products. The problem however, is about warranty.

I went to buy a lightning to USB cable for my ipad and was pretty surprised to find out that they wouldn't give you any warranty on the original Apple's product.

Hence I ended up buying a substitute for which they had a 12 months warranty period.

Luckily it has been working well and have had no problems whatsoever. It has already been more than 6months.

I therefore recommend buying substitute products rather than the original Apple's, (form this store) wouldn't be a problem, given the price and warranty. But it would have been better if I could get it on the original one.
