Good value hotel on a quiet street, less than 1 min walk to city center. My only complaint is the excruciatingly slow WiFi.

Good stay. Comfortable. In the heart of the city. Easy to access. They accept only card payments. One can buy a pathology card and use that in Norway.

Very friendly staff. But rooms are very small and have absolutely no space for luggage. But very clean. One of the cheaper hotels in Tromsø. No housekeeping on Sat and Sun. No idea why

Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms. Decent price and the location is great. Breakfast had a nice selection of everything. A couple of extra seats at the breakfast room would be nice.

Very good prices. The location is great, close to city center.
The room was very clean and the breakfast offered many delicious options to start the day :)

The room was small but clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, and is only a 5 minute walk away from where most of the tour and activity busses pick up. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start each day.

Located right at the center of Tromso. Good room design and with a desktop, which is important if you need to work. Also, the room was correctly climatized, so I was not cold at all.

The bad: The rooms here are like cupboards with shower/toilet facilities. There is also no safe.

The good: Free tea, apple juice, orange juice and Cheddars (little cheesey biscuits). The bathroom facilities in the tiny rooms are pretty good, they are up to date, clean. The beds and bedding are really comfy. It's centrally located, right in town. The price is good, thats why we booked.

The pros outweighed the cons for us, we stayed here for 4 nights in February 2017. Saw the northern lights. Good times!

A very cosy room, which was lovely for my few days in Tromsø. The hotel isn't far away from anything either. Complimentary tea and coffee was most welcome. The staff were very helpful and spoke great English. On my checkout day I had a long time until my flight, but there is a locked luggage room in the lobby, which is most useful. If I was travelling to Tromsø again alone I would certainly stay there again.
