Low rates for a high-quality budget hotel. The rooms are small as would be expected but are extremely clean and modern. The staff is friendly and there is a small store downstairs where you can purchase snacks, drinks, cocktails and coffee. Best of all there's a voucher for the breakfast buffet at the sister Clarion hotel which is a short 5 minute walk away. Staying here was a pleasure.

It's modern, clean and compact - and affordable. BUT there is no fridge and no kettle to boil water. This may be more common in European hotels but was a small surprise for me. The bed mattress was cheap and soft, and kept moving on the bed base. I'd stay again if the bed mattress was better.

Great hotel for staying in Tromso. Easy walk to all parts of the city. Clean, nice little room at a reasonable rate. Front desk is stocked with snacks, and the staff are super helpful.

Clean and modern hotel. Very efficiënt setup. The room we had was small and would only recommend it of you will only use the room to sleep and not for relaxation. Small things we missed: a water boiler for tea and wider beds would have been nice

Nice and clean hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and clean.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to there being no hot drink making facilities in our room.

This is about more like a hostel inside a hotel. You don't get your room cleaned every day, no phone, room service and the rooms are nice but tiny.
So why I give it 4 stars?
Above all: price. It's the cheapest hotel in town and it's good enough to enjoy. Plus it has a very hipstery look like lobby that's fun to sit in and do some work if you need to.

Loved this place -- exactly what I needed! It's on the small side for hotel rooms, but it's totally not what I had expected from a Comfort Hotel. It's on the newer side and my room was very clean even though the hotel staff doesn't include nightly cleaning with the room rate. They only clean rooms every fourth night during your stay and also in between guests. I'll be interested to see how well this works for them long-term.

In addition, they don't offer breakfast or other meals like a lot of the other hotels do. This was fine for me since I was on a lot of tours that had meals included, and other times I liked exploring different restaurants.
