Just outside the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, quiet, warm, cosy, and a great ensuite. Free tea and coffee downstairs. And cook your own waffles in the afternoon/evening. TV in the room which was great. Also had very good free wifi. My room on the top floor had a beautiful view towards Fjellheisen. If I had a clear night I could have seen the Northern Lights from my bedroom window! I had a great time in Tromsø and it all started from a great hotel experience. Cheap and cheerful. Small and compact rooms. Free tea and coffee all day at reception. Free waffles between 6-8 everyday. Clean and comfortable.

A reasonable value for money, not fancy but comfortable appartments, friendly staff, property close to city centre (Sentrum). 24 hours free Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee for the guests. Appartments have, TV, cooking range, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee maker, bread box, basic utensils and cutlery, dishwasher and room warmer. It is highly desirable to put good exhaust system in place in the apartments, to let the WC fumes go out fast; a small exhaust fan provided is very insufficient. The management blocks towards refundable security a deposit amount at check-in, which is released well after check-out to the guests (credit) card account.this is over and above apartment rentals. Common reception for Viking's Hotel and Apartments.

Very valid hotel for the price you pay. The rooms are big, mattresses are very comfortable and the overall experience is a pleasure. The staff is also kind and professional. Recommended.

The location is very convenient and close to the main part of town. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and modern.

For a one night stay it was fine. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was OK but needed a little tlc and a deep clean. I'd stay here one night but for an extended Stay I'd look elsewhere.

Small room but very comfy bed, nice size bathroom with hot radiant heat! Wet bar but no fridge or microwave. Waffles at 6pm were delicious. Location to shops and the water is very close. Parking on the street is additional. The staff was nice. For the price I would stay here again.

No enough hot water! No enough hot water! No enough hot water! The apartment house is big, have kitchen and living room. Bedroom wall painting is slantwise. Bathroom doesn't have heater. Hot water is very little. It became warm then cold after 5-6 min which is very unacceptable in winter! No enough hot water to wash hair no basic toilet requisites. Guests need to bring own slippers. the bedroom is just beside the road. Even people walking by can be heard clearly. Wall is generally thin. Upstairs people walking around can be heard clearly. No queen size quilt on queen bed which is very weird. 2 single size quilt is only 1m in width. Living room heater control is broken. Cannot control temperature. TV became white noise after pressing channel button. Price is 5-star hotel price however, facility is not as good as guest house! Do not drink tea if you haven't eat meal. It will make you disgusted. Beside the big size of rooms, there is nothing superior.
