Had a great time staying here. The staff are really friendly and helpful they helped us book Taxis and gave us advice on where to get food and what to do around the area. The cabin we stayed in was nice and warm even too warm sometimes however we had full control over the heating which was good. One peice of advice to anyone staying is to note that the cheaper cabins are very basic and small they only have a kettol and fridge as the toilet and cooking facilities are separate but are very clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok but is expensive for what it is as there isn't much choice. The camp is in a nice quiet location but be aware you will want to use taxis as to walk to town to meet up for tours etc takes around 40 mins which is ok when the weather is good but a lot of tours start early so it may be good to put some money aside for these. All in all I enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a great experience in this camping.
Really high value. Quality-price ratio is high as well.
Free access to the sauna was the cherry on the cake.
    Modern and greatly maintained.
    Receptionists nice and available.
    Top.

Stayed at the site at the end of June 17.
Having stayed at close to 30 campsites in Norway we see this as the best campsite.
Anyone that stayed on other sites would be pleased to use the sanitary facility of this site.
The only draw back is that guest don't respect the other guest rented sites and walk across the site with chemical toilets, drive across with the bycicles and more, the reception takes action, but it's almost mission impossible, by the way, on other sites the situation is the same.
Great camping, we recommend staying there.

I give the toilets and showers the best result in Norway so far 9/10. There is a 24/7 free freaking SAUNA!!! Went back to the camping just for that. Kitchen is small as usual, but much better than most of them in Norway. Friendly staff. Clean, tidy, modern and cheap.

Amazing place!! My friends and I stayed at a small cabin for 5 days to enjoy the city and chase the Northern Lights. There was no water running inside the cabin but we've got a good location close to the shared bathroom, so we just had to face the cold wind and snow during the night/morning. The staff is lovely and they gave us many tips about where to go, how to find transportation etc. We also needed a place to leave the luggage after the check out before going to the airport and they were very flexible allowing us to leave it at their storage. The price is good and you might need a car or to get a bus to find the place. (You can also try to go on foot, but there's no proper sidewalk during the whole way(if you are used to live in big cities as I am lol).

The place is quite good for long stays as there s a common kitchen and washing room. Only issue is that there is no direct public transport from city. You have to walk for 10 mins from the nearest bus stop.
