The hotel seems overused and over booked. Our room had a nice view but was cramped and poorly laid out. The desk staff was too busy to be helpful. The breakfast was good enough. The afternoon waffles sounded good but turned out to be do-it-yourself style and not very appealing. The evening buffet was fair. Service at meals was minimal. We switched hotels.

Fantastic hotel centrally located for airport transfers via flybussen (stops right outside!) and local attractions. The rooms have everything you need and the hotel provides free waffles from 3-6pm and a buffet dinner from 6-9pm which was more than enough for dinner! Staff were great and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day whilst we explored the city before a late flight home. Make sure to visit the hotel tower during your visit, the views are amazing! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending and look forward to returning in the future.

Hmmnice enough, but slightly dingy rooms. Evening meal is much appreciated and pretty nice for a free feedunfortunately despite what it says on the website they were unable to help us out with any food after a certain time

Beautiful, stylish hotel in a great location. They don't make enough of the free breakfast, lunch (waffles) and dinner, when they should. It's a great addition to a great stay.

I'd rate 3.5 if I could. There is so much to like about the hotel: Easily accessible outlets on the desk. Good internet speed. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Breakfast, waffles and light evening buffet included. However no bathmat or washcloths. Hairdryer worked for about 20 seconds at a time before over heating and needing a rest. Despite the promise to fix it was not fixed during the stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Very nice, friendly, food is good with plenty of choices evening and breakfast and basic but effective waffle you make yourself, this is not as bad as it sounds and is kind of fun. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of pretty much everywhere within Bergen, 6th floor has a viewing tower that is a must. All in all the hotel is quirky and has a luxury feel but not over the top, highly recommend full board too.

I was at a one day working session with lunch. The facilities were great, with a lovely room. The lunch was a bit ordinary though.
