  24 gym is very nice. Lounge is ok. Free coffee and tea, but no decaf options (coffee or tea). Bed, pillow and shower was good. Room heating was electric and not good. Difficult to set a good temp (to high or too low.

  Room was small. Shower was very small. Location was great and breakfast was good and had a mini fridge and also laundry room included.

  Great spot in the centre of Bergen centrum. Morning buffet is a bit tight at rush hour, but the wine bar makes up for the lack of space there. Free fruit was a big bonus.
  
  Receptionist was a bit confused if it was legal to keep the car running outside of the hotel entrance to unload and load baggage at arrival and departure.

  10 minutes to center of town. Authentic 400 year old dining room. (New kitchen! 😊) Good food. Coffee always available and free. Staff at desk and dining room very helpful and answered all our questions.

  The hotel is located close to the city center, near lots of things to do. The staff is very nice and the breakfast they provide is very good.

  Location is perfect. Parking is convenient. The hotel offers pay parking across the street, say, on Holbergskaien, right by the water. However, if driving, you'd better reserve one parking place in advance.

  Good location, large hotel, free wifi, my room was a corner one with a balcony over the road with a view to Bryggen harbour, so traffic can be an issue to some. The breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again
