This is Scandinavian food as its best that uses local and seasonal ingredients, probab. even handpicked. The restaurant is freezing though with a constant draft 😰😨 Buckle up, ask for blankets!! ❄️❄️

Fantastic meal & all-around perfect experience. Focus is on locally produced ingredients. Get the wine pairing. Really wonderful staff full of details on the food at hand.
