Great Stuff, very Friendly, helpful, motivated, organised and professional. Interesting modern concept.

No-nonsense self-service check-in/check-out however friendly staff are always around. A nice addition are free bicycles available to borrow. Unfortunately there is construction going on in front of the building now but it was quiet on the garden side.

Loved the place. This hotel is not your run of the mill hotel. Rooms are unique with a really nice shower. Beds are huge and flush against the room wide window. You get to control the light ambience in the room. There's a tram stop right outside of the hotel. This place is perfect for anyone going to the RAI center.

Location a short tram ride away from all the hussel and bustle that Amsterdam has to offer. This is our 3rd stay at Citizen M and as usual that staff have been super friendly and attentive. Room has everything you need and a very clean providing a comfy cozy bed to rest your head

Awesome rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for easy transport to and from the airport and the city center. Overall a great place to stay. Free bike rental is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, great service, great pricing and great place to stay. Was an overall perfect decision to stay at this hotel!

Beautiful Hotel. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. The ipads that control the room are fab. Way ahead of it's time. The food and drink are a little expensive though. You don't need to use the alarm clock though as the builders working on a nearby project look after you in that respect.

Rooms we're very clean and the areas around the hotel were amazing. Staff went above and beyond and helped with everything. If it's your first trip to Amsterdam I'd recommend this hotel just purely because it's so easy to get around in zuid (where the hotel is) to the museums and central station.

Unique and quirky hotel, excellent customer service and decor in the lobby, very relaxing and free computers are useful. Self service check in is efficient and the rooms are easy to find. The rooms themselves are interesting, especially having 'tube' style shower and toilet in the common space, but it really doesn't detract from the room. The iPad to set the room is excellent and the movies are good to chill out and relax to. Included hairdryer is a good bonus and the staff were more then helpful in supplying extra hair care products and slippers

This place reminded me of a futuristic 90s movie, like Fifth Element or something. It's crazy, but I loved it. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and since it's a pod, it's almost silent. I'd stay again, but probably only if alone or with my husband, as there is no real separation from the bed and bath/toilet space. Really cool hotel.

The location is perfect if you're doing anything near the convention center or south college. The rooms are a little snug, but the layout is perfect for one or two people. Everyone there has been really fantastic, and service has been helpful and prompt.

Modern hotel, well laid out room with large king bed. Friendly staff, with great service. Have a drink at the bar and strike up a conversation. A bit far from the city center, but an easy tram ride from the 5 line out front.

Boutique on a budget. Small but well appointed rooms with huge, stylish social areas and a busy bar with an excellent choice of drinks. Super friendly staff. It's always a pleasure to stay here. 10 minutes on the train to the epicentre of Amsterdam. Just far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to be a great base to retire to after a long, fun day/night.
