It was a pretty well run, well organized hostel, with a great included breakfast. I did feel that the towel rental cost was way too high at 3.50 EUR, when most hostels are charging 1 or 2 EUR max if they're not free

We had a room by ourself and therefore no other guests. Staff was friendly at the check-in and we had a nice and relaxed night. The hostel and our room was spacious. Location is superb as located near the train station Den Haag HS.

Staff was really nice and the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was decent as well. Would recommend staying here if you're with a large group.

The room I was in was not perfectly clean and the beds are really not good if you sleep on the top bunk, the ladder to the top is too short and not stable enough. The covers for the mattress has no way to mount it properly and the covers for the pillow and blanket can't be closed which makes sleeping in them quite messy after waking up. Overall it's cramped and it feels old..

The rooms here are basic but valid. Watch out for the people on the door - despite signs saying RING THE DOORBELL, you're not meant to. If you do, the staff will be very rude to you for the simple crime of wanting to go to bed. Disappointing.

Value adequate to money you'll spend here. There was someone in my bad when I arrived in the evening (but it's not fault of the hostel). Included breakfast was of very good quality.

It was my first time in a hostel and I think was awesome. I stayed for a week and I felt in a charming ambient. The workers are amazing, helpful, funny, and really nice people, a pleasure to stay in a place treated in that way. Really good breakfast, complete, with a nice quality. It can be also a place to meet people and make friends all around the world. Really happy to choose them for my stay, even better than the hotels; cannot imagine better name for the place: Stay okay. Thanks guys!!! 🔝🔝🔝 See you next year!

One of the better stay okays. Breakfast included in the price. Decent luggage room in the basement. Cool, but small, back area RIGHT by the canal.

The hostel is located near both railways in Den Haag which makes it easily accessible. The staff is incredibly friendly and rooms are clean. Unfortunately there aren't many restaurants near by which makes getting dinner difficult unless you eat there. Overalla very nice stay.

Based on my one week experience here as a young traveller, I totally recommend this hostel ! I will be back some day for sure.
About the rooms, I stayed at a 8 shared room and was lucky enough to share it with other girls who were really nice and kind. The rooms are big enough and they are clean, which I can not say about other hostels.
The distance from the centre is minimum so the location is awesome as you can reach any place from the city centre by walk or by bike (you can rent it there).
The breakfast buffet is really good and diverse. It is one of the things I liked the most, honestly. I have to say that I have stayed at hotels more expensive which were a lot worse about the buffet. So I think it is a really good point to think about.
Th staff is really cheerful and always trying to help you in everything they can, which I am really thankful for as it was my first time here and I did not know much about the city.
If you are thinking about staying here I totally recommend you to do it ! :)response / report this review
