The hotel staff was very profesional and lovely. We celebrated our grandmothers 80th birthday and had fantastic food. I would recommand this to anyone who apperciates good food and very good staff.

Nice and clean place, friendly staff. Would be great if one of the pools were a hot tub instead of just a shallow pool.

Nice hotel nothing special, breakfast line was inconvenient no place to rest your tray if u want to pick up the food, and the swimming area could use a good scrub. The rooms where nice and clean though.

Very good price for the facilities. Clean, nice toilet, swimming pool. Is outside the city but with the bus is easy and fast.

Attended a VCA course with an exam after that. Very nice location with good facilities. Even the lunch was take care of in a nice and proper way!

the bed was very uncomfortable. The food is really bad. Be careful with the blocking of security deposit of your credit card. After paying my bill, I asked the staff to communicate to their master card transaction handling bank that they have no use for that money anymore. They totally refused to do it. As a consequence my bank hold the deposit for a long period of time.

Easy to get to, free parking, free WiFi, food in restaurant is good, not to expensive, service is prompt & friendly. Bike hire is not expensive and cycle paths are behind hotel.

The Valk Hotel Biltschehoek is located at a major expressway towards Utrecht and near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug Woods.
The rooms are renovated recently and fully equipped with AC, box spring beds, TV and a proper bath room. I have slept in rooms all across the hotel and the WiFi reception is good.
The hotel features an indoor swimming pool and has a decent restaurant.
The service is good. The desk can assist with all types of enquiries and handles complaints well, however during peak times, service sometimes takes too long too help.response / report this review -

Great relaxed atmosphere and sublime restaurant- great game menu and even every weekday real Dutch 'stampot' menu. Great service. Surprising how they always manage to give great service even when it's 'full house' with many many people coming for lunch or dinner.
