Strategic location at heart of Utrect.
No parking but u can fine la vie parking just 3 minutes walking from the hotel.
Enjoy the free coffee.

The building once you got past the reception seemed a little run down. The rooms were clean, although there were some details that were missed (residue from things that had been stuck to the wall, yellowing sealant around the bath). The entrance light to my room didn't work and the bracket the shower clipped into was broken. I reported both of these things but only the shower bracket was fixed. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet overnight. Overall - basic but comfortable. Although expensive for what it is.

Fabulous find! Would definitely recommend when staying in Utrecht! Good sized rooms, yummy coffee and you cannot beat the location! We'll be back on our next visit absolutely!

The location is very good, few steps away from the central station. The room as shown in the photos is also ok. The lounge is comfy and you can have free coffee while there. However the cost of breakfast which is Euro 19 is too much.

Worst hotel I've been for a while. The room was hot while outside the temperature was just at 26 degrees Celsius. The temperature didn't even went down and I was told to use the ventilator stored in the closet. The bed was soft / broken / old and like a sinkhole. It also had the hair of someone else on the black head wall. Street noise was coming in even with the closed window and made it a rough night. The sink in the bath was kinda clogged so it took a minute to empty. The breakfast I didn't even touched for a price of 19.50€ after this one night and the back pain I got from the bed.

The room itself is unremarkable. However, with an affordable price, this hotel has a GREAT location. It's very convenient to many places in city center and also to bus and train stations.
Hot water comes quickly and strong.
Although no free breakfast is offered, there is refrigerator and microwave on 2nd floor for guests to use anytime.
The bed is very comfortable.

This hotel is 100% not a four start hotel! Initially I as greeted by a very welcoming staff member so I was very happy upon my arrival after that I was continuously disappointed. There was mold frowning on the wall of the corridor. When I asked for an iron it arrived with a he in the handle and water leaking out - are health and safety checks being done?
On the last morning I decided to have breakfast in the dining room. I knew I would have to pay an being a traveller I expected to pay 10-12 maybe a little more than that. I have a very restricted diet. Dairy and meat free so I only had a little toast with some beans and a coffee when I checked out I was made aware the cost of this was €19.50 I was astonished! I some stage someone should be made aware of the price of breakfast. Beans on toast should never ever amount to 19.50. 4 star hotels are considered an above budget stay for people travel this was not!!!

I've stayed many times. Decent business hotel. although I've had a few mixed experiences on the service side, generally it is a good option. Avoid the rooms at the front during summer unless you want to be woken all night by drunk people shouting and snagging bikes in the street

Good if you want to be in the center of Utrecht. Not amazing, small rooms, but has balconies for smokers!! So good for me!

Decent location in Utrecht, close to the markets and all the shops. Free WiFi was decent. Breakfast was €20ea which seemed a bit much and you can hear everything from the rooms either side.
