The room was really dirty and humid and cold. The pillow and sheet were so thin and stained like they have been used for ten years.. The building and facility are old, too.
Only three showers in the whole hostel (no separate shower room between men and women) and they were sooo disgusting

I liked so much,, the host was friendly generous and funny as well,, all types of food are free and the kitchen if ready for all your cooking talents,, I've been there for only one night but I wished to stay more to make friends at this hostel and enjoy Utrecht

Absolutely do not go to this place.
We had booked for 2 nights, But apparently checking in isnt possible after 7pm. We called to try and come to an agreement, stating we would be 10 minutes late, But the receptionist did not care. After 7 they wont let you in anymore. I have never experienced such an unitinterested worker, that basically told us to get lost and go away even tough we were standing in front of the building 5 past 7.response / report this review -

Fantastic staff, even better atmosphere. The food being provided was a great help as well. The beds themselves were quite utilitarian but that's what you expect when you stay at a hostel. Would absolutely recommend this place.

The cheapest surely the warmest hostel in Utrecht. You'll meet people easily in here as everything is made so that you spend many times in the common area. I recommend it

Nice place with nice staff. Had free food in the kitchen and cool places to hang out and meet people. Not many young people there though.

It's a fantastic place! I stay there every time I visit Utrecht. The building has been totally renovated the last year but there are still lots of fresh pancakes every morning. Location is also excellent.

This is the best place to stay in Utrecht. The hostel is perfectly situated, clean, cosy and the stuff is amazing - they will help you out with literally everything and even with smiles on their faces. I speak from my own experience. Moreover there is always something to eat and drink.

Got a good experience cool people had a b.b.q till late night and this morning I checkout at 2pm relax got a lot ofpancakes and made a lunch Ag and went out cool place to stay and value for money
