Decent place. A bit lacking in top grade service but was a pleasant stay.

I would say its a 4 stars hote not a real 5 star. the hotel is authentic with classic room. The bed isn’t very confortable compared to other 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is nice.

It is a lovely, clean place I ordered room service and they misheard my room number so I was left waiting a bit longer than usual but other than that it is amazing.

Authentic old-style rooms in a historic place, very impressive. Definitely worth staying there. All restaurants, shops and places to visit at walking distance.

Great service. An easy, smooth and quick check in process. Room was large - 2 single beds pushed together rather than 1 double though. Space for two people to work. Bath, shower, coffee machine. I was very happy to stay and will be back again when I am in Utrecht, which is often.

A real resort in perfect location. Lovely gardens around several buildings.
The rooms are very big and the stuff is extremely kind and service aware.
Brekfest was good and the dining hall grand.
The only thing from 5 stars is that the hotel is a bit old, rooms are not decorated and needs some maintanace, so there is no sense of real luxury.response / report this review -

One of my very first times at 5 stars. Nice location. Hotel had its time age are showing need maintenance and brush up. Don't waste money.

Wow, what a place to spend a few days It feels like stepping into the 17th century when you are walking on the courtyard.
