They try to determine how you run by looking at sole wear and the angle of your legs as you run. Pretty cool!

When I first fitted shoes, I was assisted by a helpful, nice employee. He gave me running advice and I was quite impressed with the service. I came back to return these shoes as I shortly thereafter received new shoes as a gift. I was met with a rude assistant who, at first, refused to allow me to return the shoes. He insisted that I return the other shoes, even telling me the other shoes would give me injuries without even knowing what shoes they were. Eventually, after speaking with other employees in the back, he told me he could only offer me store credit, also quite rudely. Out of frustration, I left and came back today to receive my store credit. In any sense, I'm still stunned that I was spoken to so rudely without much of a reason: returning brand-new, unworn shoes should not be met with any drama..

Today, I bought my first pair of (proper) running shoes and I was more than satisfied with their service. The shop assistant was really nice and helpful.
