Client service is non existent. I came back to get an item that i already saw online so all i wanted was to see it live and order. But first none of the staff wondered why i was desperately looking for their attention, then the one i approched handed me to his colleague who after helping the customer he was busy with, just left and never came back to me. Then when the 1st staff member i spoke to came back, he just pointed the item to me and left. I had to leave the store without purchasing the item as poor service is just unacceptable!

Can't bring bag inside and prices are too high.
Even though my bag was just ordinary handbag. I'm not gonna leave a bag with iPad in a locker you are supposed to use at your own risk. So if it got stolen it would be my fault? But I'm not allowed to bring it in in the first place? Ridiculous! Shopping at cool blue instead. Hope these idiots go bankrupt quickly!

One star cause no option of minus star.absolutely crap service.I buy a tv and they say that you have 14 days to return your purchase..however if you open the box (cause, no one can try things before open the box, at least for now)that was my case , obviously I tried the tv and do not fit for me, so I went to the store to swap to other modela I just get CRAZY when they told me that I will loose 10% of the purchase value value and a tax for the refurbish to samsung.so beware when you buy something in this store. Not gonna spend one more euro in this place.

Every visit ends in search for finding someone to help and when you do get someone its usually someone lacking energy, motivation and knowledge of electronic products. Love that Media Markt has good variety but would be helpful to have support ans assistance during purchase.

The staff is not properly informed. They seem to be there only to fill the shelves and organise the store, not to talk with clients.
The assortment is good and you can test everything. The prices might be more expensive than the competitors, but not much.

Typical MM shop - if you are geek this is where you go instead of lunch break. They cover various areas including TV, audio, domestic home machines (eg. dish washing, etc), computers and peripherals, kitchen appliances, mobiles and so on. Pretty much same stuff as on their web page. It is nice playground to see, feel or test new gadgets. If you decide to order it and pick it up at customer center in this store, be prepared for long wait - it takes ages (same goes for goods being returned). Price wise, they might not be cheapest compared to web, but as physical store and they rather good.
