  "Frozen" goods were delivered completely unfrozen, including liquid ice-cream and floppy gyoza's the company offers to refund only the delivery charges and 50% of the ice-cream! This logic is beyond me. A whole new meaning of "customer service". Not to mention it took them weeks to come up with this brilliant solution and only after my reminding them a few times.

  Small store, undoubtedly useful for what it sells. It has rather small selection due to it's size though and rather short opening hours.

  If you're Indonesian living in Amsterdam, this store provides food ingredients you miss from home country. Surely not all, but enough to cure homesick and make you feel like home.

  Though a bit small and cramped, as I know they are trying to include as many products as possible in the little space available, like that there's quite a variety of Asian vege and sauces. Found what I was looking for, which was Chinese cooking wine, but actually would have been nice if I could get some chicken bone to make real proper soup! :)

  Good selection of predominantly Chinese products. They sell green papaya here for if you feel like making som tam. The aisles are really small so taking your time looking around is not recommended.
