There was nobody at the counter to help, so the customers in front of us rang a bell, when they rang it again 2 minutes later, a grumpy lady finally came to the counter and was quite rude against these customers for having "no patience".

If your thinking about travelling or you are going this book store has the best selection of guides, maps and books about every country you can think of. I managed to get a rare map of Mongolia from them.
