Location's good, near the business part of the city and near a bus stop which will bring you to Amsterdam zuid junction. Rooms are large enough, but the pavments looks dirty (the parquet is seriously scratched), the airco is npisy and I havent been able to get the rooms Phone fixed for 2 days.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. We had an executive room which included an HDTV, coffee machine, safe and complimentary mini fridge. The fridge contained 2 beers, 1 small bottle of white wine, couple of chocolate bars, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of fruit juice. There was also 1 small bottle of red wine and some crisps in the cupboard. There was a good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast. We didn't try the restaurant. The hotel is in a suburban area, twenty minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station. The 62 bus stops right outside and is a 25-30 minute journey into the centre. Or the tram is 10 minute walk away and 20 mins into town. There is some noise from the airplanes overhead but you can hear them in the centre of Amsterdam too so don't think there's much getting away from it.

Decent service, which quick check in and checkout. The breakfast is also decent and what you would expect of continental in a large hotel chain. The best thing is location close to RAI convention center, 5 min by bus #62. Or 15min by walk. Also very close taxi ride to Schiphol airport. Otherwise too far from downtown. There's tram #5 going to City center taking close to 1hr. So taxi is best.

We had a twin room and it was very spacious with a good quality bathroom, although the shower was over the bath. Had to get someone to show us how to switch off the AC. Otherwise we had comfortable beds, a safe, honesty bar, blackout blinds which always helps. The only meal I had was good. There was always water and sweets near reception. One hot evening I went to several shops looking for a callipo ice lolly to cool me down. I couldn't find any and was pleased to see them in the little shop by reception. It's a bit out of the centre of Amsterdam, which we didn't mind as there was a great park and modern shopping centre nearby. If you use public transport you will have to take a bus if you get off Tram Line 4, or you can walk 15 mins from Tram Line 5.

Easy to reach from schipol airport or Amsterdam itself. Nice modern room, nice amenities and friendly staff. Would stay again!

Excellent breakfast! Very good value for money! In a bus stop distance there is a mall with a free shuttle bus service!

The staff is friendly and helpful, Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Only one thing I would want improving and that's a warmer feeling to the rooms. As they are they feel quite soulless.

The room is clean, but very small. Many of the rooms are having issues with AC, but the staff has been wonderful trying to accommodate us. There are two large grocery stores on either side of the hotel and a large mall nearby, which is very convenient.

The breakfast for 2 is an extra €50 a day which in my opinion is a bit steep because you'd be looking at €30 in a breakfast/lunch menu with a drink.
The views and good and the bedroom is clean, neat, modern and has all the amenities you'd need, bathroom is a spacious and modern room with a comfortable shower.
Staff at reception and cooks at the restaurant are friendly and helpful and helped us find out the cheapest way into the centre of the city.
Would definitely recommend to someome who doesn't mind walking the 10 minute walk to the tram.response / report this review -

The reception and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, especially in securing a baby bed for our the month old. The room was very nice and had a good, efficient layout.
However, the housekeeping was a bit lacking. There were dust bunnies on the lamp above the bed, and there was a lot of dust my socks had picked up from the floor when I walked around the room in them.
I wish we had checked the location before booking. The hotel is very far away from the city, and it took us about 30-45 minutes each way by public transportation to get to city centre and near anything fun or cultural. It was easy to Uber though, costing about €15 one way. The hotel would be convenient if one were primarily visiting the business district.
Overall, it has very good value.response / report this review
