The service was amazing and the food was nice. The room was super clean and comfortable with anything you may need. The breakfast was also delicious with various interesting choices.

This is now my favourite hotel in Amsterdam. Love it love it love it. The staff are amazing. Decor is modern. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds are comfortable. Love the bathroom, wet room shower look and a big deep bath (you do not find these in europe often).
If you are staying with someone other than your partner, like me, I took my brother with me this time (his first visit to Amsterdam). Ask for the frosted glass on the bathroom door, when you are booking.
I was not aware of this when booking. Even though I had read reviews alot. Someone, I knew who had stayed here previously, told me to change my booking and ask for it. Once, I did that the price of my reservation went up, quite a bit.
Got to the hotel and the supervisor on duty sorted it with no issues. So I paid the original reservation price.
Absolutely, love this hotel. Will be booking again when visiting Amsterdam, and will definitely try out the spa and club on the rooftop next time.response / report this review -

Great rooms, swimming pool. Good staff. Would not advise share rooms for conference as the shower rooms are just glass. But fantastic place.

The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was so helpful from check in, helping us with directions, bike rental, setting up a special surprise for my fiancée, to the spa attendants. Big thanks to everyone who helped make our anniversary trip memories of a lifetime.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a stylish bright color scheme in public areas and pool. We loved the little lights above the head of the bed.
The location is a little out from the Amsterdam square but with affordable bike rentals provided by the hotel, and tram tickets that pick up right down the street, I would absolutely stay here again. The museum square is about 10 minutes by bike. Rembrandt park is right across the street from the hotel.response / report this review -

Great size of room. Smallish but VERY manageable shower size. Great facility.
Skyy Bar upstairs has great views but slow service.
Reception staff was second to none. Loved my stay there.
One negative is the walk to the nearest tram is not ideal (600 metres) in the sometimes rainy Amsterdam days but they offer a free loan umbrella service.
Reception staff was amazing (I habe to repeat this), in particular a young lady of Colombian heritage. Accommodated our every request where she could. But the whole team was a dream.

Really nice place to stay, slightly out of the way, but only a tram ride into the city centre, and only a 10 minute train ride to the airport. Hotel is clean and fresh with comfy beds, and nice decor. Will definitely go back again.

Really nice hotel. Clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly what we needed. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Only downside is the location but very close to the tram stop!

Clean rooms. Pleasant professional service. Outstanding breakfast! Always a relaxing stay. Easy to get into centre of town and easy to get to from airport. Perfect for a city break.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre and I chose it as i was in Amsterdam for work and this hotel sat between the office and the centre.
Lovely hotel. Nice rooms and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Food in the hotel was good and the drinks were reasonably priced.
The airport is one stop on the train and a short walk. Takes around 25 minutes. The city centre can be reached on the train or the tram. Both take under 20 minutes.
It's in a nice area with a selection of bars and restaurants within a short walk. I will stay here again when I next visit.response / report this review -

Excellent, stylish hotel. 8 minute tram ride from Leidseplein, great outdoor area, friendly staff and huge beds. 5/5, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

Smart hotel, large rooms and shower/bathrooms. Lovely breakfast too. Beware though if your sharing a room with a friend that there is a window between the shower/bath and the bedroom. Separate toilet.

Clean beautiful modern rooms with a separate glass shower stall the pool is wonderful but unfortunately the dry sauna and Turkish steam room you have to pay to use. It takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the center of town, great pub with an outdoor patio 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, very modern design, heated indoor pool with sauna, close to the tram line with easy access to the city centre and also an amazing roof top bar! Couldn't find anything wrong with my stay, extremely pleased.

Beds are lovely and comfortable, recommend that you request a room above level 4 and below level 8. The east view is nice but the main road isn't busy and won't keep you up at night. Food is a little on the expensive side so if you can go for breakfast included in price that would be a good idea.
