The hotel was great, really nice room with a lovely ensuite. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Being right next to the ferry terminal made for lots of interesting comings and goings to watch. One very nice touch was ghats I had to leave early on the morning, so they made me a very generous packed breakfast to pick up.

Thin walls and floors. Hallway and room doors slam shut every time they're used. Rusty shower stall. Polite staff, free parking and a surprisingly good free breakfast.

Hotel lands end is a very nice hotel, just on the quayside close to the marine museums, the food at the restaurant is also very good.

This is a beautiful little hotel at an amazing location. The "Lands End" is stunning especially during sunsets. It is also a great starting point for trips to Texel (the ferry terminal is just a 3 minutes walk away). The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are tidy, very nicely furnished, and the one we had (and most of the others) has a great view at the sea. We arrived at the high season, with just a day-before reservation, and still got a great room for a reasonable price.
