Muhyadin has provided excellent counsel throughout our moving process. We're very happy with Everaert and will recommend their services.

Hermie is very knowledgeable about immigration law and very thorough in her explanation of how all processes work. I had some ideas of what to expect, but I must commend her for providing additional insights that were totally new to me. She was very straightforward about timelines and planning as well, which is important for getting the most out of your consultation, and managing expectations on both ends regarding what a process might look like. She also answered every question (realistic and hypothetical) that I could think of, which I really appreciated.

I do not recommend them at all. Their values are MONEY-DRIVEN.
My initial conversation with the lawyer went somewhat OK, but I cannot say that the lawyer was a total professional, she told me something at first that it does not apply to me at all and later when i showed her that i have a bit more knowledge on this she changed her mind she kept repeating things on the website of IND and that the agreement I believe could help me has no extra benefit at all to me. So the conversation was a little diverted.
After the conversation at first I thought I was pleased but when I thought through i realized that I was even more confused than before.
So I sent her an email to double confirm, I also sent her my future plan and asked for advice (she told me before to come back to her when I have a future plan).
She said her answers will take time and they will charge me extra 250 euros for advice and something around 500-550 euros for opening a case file for me! I was utterly shocked about this. I answered to her that the initial conversation we had for which we had one hour did not even take one hour (around 40 mins) and that she told me to consult her for my future plans. Almost everything I said was to double confirm our virtual call anyway.
After this e-mail she decided to answer me in a not nice tone that she will answer my questions but it will take time. Guess what? It did take some time but she did not even answer my question on my future plan, she just gave me the most general info on IND which doesn't have anything to do with my question.
Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Very knowledgeable and professional approach - Also very friendly with a true personal interest which proofed very important to us in these uncertain times.

We were advised by Adam Diels and he helped us overturn a refusal from city hall where there was little hope. ❤️ Thank you for the speed and urgency you gave our case - But above all your great help and understanding, you showed us that you really care and the result was better then we could have hoped.

Horrible experience. Preying on our insecurity to have a visa arranged for my American wife, charging us for unnecessary advice we had said we had already investigated, and forcing us to use a network relation called Total in Support to develop a business plan we had already provided. Official complaints were waived by their board.

Contacted them with an email question about pursuing a Dutch ancestry visa - received an email response (before booking an appointment or hiring them) that I owed them 600€ for research that I hadn't requested (this was waived) and then was later told I would have to pay them 1,000€ for answering emails. I was then told the case would cost up to 15,000€ and might be rejected - so I said I would wait and consider it.

They wrote back a few months later and asked if I was interested - but it turned out there was a deadline and the law was changing in a few weeks (this had never been mentioned previously). I ended up asking to book two sessions to discuss the case via Skype - but it was over and the window is closed permanently.

Had I known, I would have gone ahead with it. A simple appointment could have made it clearer in the beginning.
