A fair price hotel offering okay accommodation. Food at the hotel restaurant is better than the basic room. The hotel staff tends to add breakfast price even if you don't need it.

AMERICAN BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! !!!!!!!!!!!
This hotel has a very similar name to a hotel in downtown Amsterdam. I booked this one rather than the one in downtown by accident and called immediately to fix it. The staff was so incredibly rude. I called 5mins after booking and the owner told me "it's just a train ride" and "booked is booked". So I have to travel an hour outside the city and still pay the same price as a hotel in the city. On top of all that terrible customer service owner called at 9 am waking me up trying to send someone to fix the broken door. Which is another thing, everything is very outdated and old. The rooms are dingy, carpet felt damp. The downstairs is pretty but the staff was so terrible Id never go back or send anyone.
