We wanted to rent a van for just one day, but when we arrived they asked us for a Dutch license (which one we do not have since at that time we had 2 weeks in the city and on the web they say anything about it). Lucky us we could rent in other company.

Very bad customer service, I was trying to call them for the whole day, first they have confirmed that they have a car available, I made a request at 14:00, and just before closing I received the mail that they have to cancel cause the car is unavailable. Do not recommend them

Fast and cheap enough way to rent any car you might want. Huge variety, able to book it in advance online and then go and pick it up and pay.

I have used a lot of different rental agencies in Amsterdam, and miraculously this place is both the cheapest ánd the best. Friendly, relaxed guys, never had any problem. Highly recommended!

Despite there being 4 people behind the counter serving, they seem capable of only dealing with 1 customer every 20 minutes. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to spare. It's popular, but even a small queue of 4 people will have you waiting an hour at least.

I actually had quite a positive experience. Friendly employee, efficient pick-up and return. No complaints on that end. Place closes rather early but I'd still come back again.

One of the most popular car rentals in Amsterdam. I got a mini van for around €85 (including insurance) which was advertised at €35 a day. They charge a fat deposit depending on the type of the car/van (which in my case was around €1300).
They also have other construction or moving related stuff like pulleys, cranes etc available for rent.response / report this review
