Does the job well enough, unfortunately a bit out of the way and not easy to receive by public transport, so expect a lengthy bike ride before and after your car hire.

Can rent car. Better to reserve online and pickup from here. Good prices. This pickup location is a bit away from heart of the city, but, "hey.. you can reach the highway faster now!"

Friendly staff and my car felt almost like new. Also I think I got a higher class car than asked. However two things that concerned me:
1. If you live in Netherlands (I do), you have to prove your address using bill ot something similar, which can't be a copy and can't be older than 30 days. I find it inconvenient (they will write in in bold letters in the Email, but you can still missit or in my case have troubles finding suitable bill).
2. Staff member proposed to check condition of the car and I found an obvious scratch at the front. It felt like they were testing my ability to spot it. I hope I am wrong.

Stay away.. They asked for proof of address along with drive license, id and credit card which was not stated in any online documents. In the end we ended up being unable to rent a car and the provision is still not reversed, pending for a week.

Al een paar keer een Bestelwagen of auto gehuurd bij Europcar word altijd netjes en snel geholpen. De auto's zijn altijd netjes en zo goed als nieuw in tegen stelling tot andere verhuurders!

Een tijdje geleden een auto gehuurd om een bruidspaar rond te rijden, is toen flink misgegaan, auto was niet beschikbaar maar hebben wel een andere geregeld die was erg vies ,kortom veel vertraging en stress en erg lang(2mnd)om het geld terug te krijgen, ik kom hier niet gauw meer een auto huren!
