very bad service for car rental. Spent 2 hrs to wait there for car which ruins my whole trip.

Inmiddels twee keer een auto gehuurd voor een zeer scherpe prijs. Huren is altijd kilometervrij dus geen gedoe. Eerste keer ook nog een leuke upgrade gekregen. Tenslotte is het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk, ik kom hier zeker terug!

Don't use this car rental. Customer service is disgusting. You can't contact them by phone, they ignore you mails. I've received answer from them only after 2 month!!! Of course this answer was useless. Be careful with payment, they accept money from any cards but, that doesn't mean you receive car. Surprise!Some of cards aren't acceptable, but you can't receive money back.
