Fair priced hotel, easily accessible by bus. Good concierge service. Free welcome alcoholic drinks, that’s unexpected and a bonus. Nice for late check out by noon.

We had used a cup and they didn't clean it, just put it back to where it was. Walls are thin, you can hear people going down the hall outside. Benefit is it's a cheaper hotel vs the hotels in the city and pretty easy to get to the city.

Food is pretty bad and really overpriced. The pasta was cold and the sate came without the salad.. room is decent but shower struggles for hot water in the morning. Some staff were friendly but overstretched (3 people manning reception, bar, and restaurant), but not all. Given the price you can't expect too much and this hotel does not exceed those expectations

Hotel not near any shops or facilities.Need to take bus each day to central Amsterdam. Very small bathroom.with unusable sink due to bad design. Shower only which was prone to flooding. British channels on nice big flat screen TV in room. comfy beds. Has public smoking room down stairs with free pool table but extractor fans did not seem to do a very good job as it was very smokey in there, quite unpleasant. Was cheaper then other hotels, booked this last minute, not great location but we still had a nice time. Staff very friendly and helpful. New train station opening close by which was very near completion in July 2017.

Hallways smelled like vomit and weed. Didn't make it through into the room I was in, but still disgusting to walk through. Doesn't give you toiletries, and the shower has no base so it leaked all over the bathroom floor

Some great staff and good location, 22 euros for a week on the bus straight to the center isn't bad. Have a bar and smoking room(for tobacco only) as well as a pool table. Nice beds and decent bathrooms would probably use again

The entrance to the hotel is very easy to miss. The accommodations were fine, nothing bad nothing too memorable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood A short bus ride to Amsterdam Central

The room were well sized, the staff were very friendly always happy to help out with any little request. The hotel is about 10 minutes by bus to centraal amsterdam which made getting to the centre fairly easily, I would be more than happy to stay at this hotel next time I'm in amsterdam

The staff is very helpful, after arriving and having my American bank card not work at first they were very helpful and accommodating. The room is decent and beds comfortable but small. It would be nice if there was an outside sitting area.
