Clean and big rooms, comfy bed, nice view, both restaurant and breakfast well presented and large choices. Big meeting rooms and fast and powerful WiFi signal everywhere in the hotel. Need to improve speed of the check in though.

Service and location couldn't be worse

Stayed one week with some friends to visit Amsterdam and The Hague.
Both cities are really nice and you have a lot to see. However, the hotel was really low level and defininetly as expected before. Personnel seems not very motivated and open to help. In addition, our rooms were not very clean - below standard. Next time we will chose Hilton or any other of the big ones - at least they can keep their standards and you know what you can expect. Room Mate never again

Lovely staff, my Aunt had a fall and they couldn't have been nicer in helping her. Lovely rooms, wheelchair accessible. A little away from the city central but lovely views of the new courthouse and riverfront. Short walk (10mins) to lovely cafés, coffee shops and restaurants.

This is a great hotel. Super modern, great views, good bar with huge beer selection and a nice restaurant downstairs. It's a 5 min walk to Amsterdam Central and 10 minutes to the center of the old City. Definitely would like to come back.

I absolutely loved staying here! The service was excellent. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located right in the water and is clean, modern and eclectically designed rooms. Location-wise it was ideal because it is walking distance from both central station , shopping and restaurants as well as the red light district. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and gym as well. It was an extremely pleasant stay.

We were greeted warmly at the reception and our room was upgraded for free to the ninth floor. This hotel was by far the cleanest of all the hotels we've stayed at throughout Europe. We even got a free WiFi dongle to take with us around Amsterdam! Thanks Room Mate 😀

The location is just outside the main central areas where most of the activity is found. However, still a relatively quick walk. Front desk service was excellent. We found the room small but adequate. It was difficult to put makeup on in the bathroom as the counter is far from the mirror.

Can't fault this hotel.

From the decor, the smell on arrival, the facilities, the views from room, the service from the staff.

Location is OK I guess, only 10 min walk from the train station. If you have a bike it's perfect. No trams going close to the hotel so foot patrol it is.

Would def stay here again.

Excellent location. Only a 5 minute bus journey into the centre of Amsterdam. The staff and the people of Amsterdam in general were extremely helpful with my girlfriend who broke her foot a week previously. The room was very comfortable with a disabled bathroom I presume for my partner! The hotel allowed us to bring food/drink into the room which was great as we often do this anyway albeit like ninjas. Also a great idea by the hotel they gave us a portable wifi adapter which allowed me to use my phone for maps etc for free (70 euro security deposit which is only charged if you don't return the item). Excellent service great hotel and will definitely stay again.

very convenient but quiet location. central train station is 10-min walk away and city centre is 15-20 mins walk away. nice canal view. neat and tidy rooms, moderate breakfast options. especially recommended for business travelers.

Best hotel I have ever visited.. The staff are so friendly on arrival and noticed it was my birthday and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The rooms have everything you need and the bed is giant. Best nights sleep I have ever had. I will definitely be looking for room mate hotels for the rest of my life. Thanks very much keep up the great work

As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by warm homely colours. The bed is ultra comfy and allowed us to catch up on a few hours sleep (we had 3 hours the night before due to a 2 am leaving time.) The shower is amazing, and although there is no way to cook bar with the kettle, the little cafe across the way is very nice. The only thing I disagree with is the food and drink in the fridge and near the TV that is kind of thrown in your face, but I suppose it's just there if we want to spend some money (I.e. Half of our monthly earnings.) Very nice and calm atmosphere - fits well with the beautiful and tranquil place Amsterdam is!

Fantastic service throughout, manager on duty was super effective and they genuinely wanted to make your stay the best. Superb housekeeping, very well maintained property. They took feedback seriously and rectified almost immediately , and that's based upon 4/5stars rated hotel/service apartments we checked in past 8 years across 3 continent.
The only reservation we had was the chap behind the "trendy" bar could have been more friendly.
