Ottimo, spazioso, piazzole con pavimento a mattoncini. Area di carico e scarico perfetta. Tutto bellissimo e tenuto bene. Organizzati per visitare il mercato di Alkmaar del formaggio, infatti si può lasciare la piazzola alle 14, dando il tempo di rientrare sia in bici che con i mezzi pubblici.
In bici il mercato dista 20 minuti effettivi con figli di 8 anni a seguito.
Non penso che ci sia un posto migliore con questa posizione. Come arrivi ti danno guida e istruzioni per tutto in italiano.

Grandi spazi. L'unico possibile per visitare il mercato del formaggio di alkmaar. Sistemazione in un grande prato, un po' strettini tra i camper ed un po' caro: 35 euro camper e 4 persone.

PRICE
base fee: 27 € (3 Adults & 1 Tent)
+ (showering 50ct for 5min)
+ (wifi 3,50€ for 24h access code)
+ (various sandwiches and snacks)

-> conclusion: pretty expensive compared to the other five camping sites we've been staying at in the past week, which cost around 18€ for the same service and comparable facilities
FACILITIES
• bathroom with showers and sinks as well as a private lockable sink option + a baby changing table
-> conclusion: clean and modern bathrooms with sufficiently warm showers
• there's a neat little beach on the compound that borders on a little stream. Water is only about 20 cm deep so don't expect too much swimming here
• the reception is on the left when you enter the place, where you can pay, buy snacks and food or get info and fliers about various activities and the region
LOCATION
• the closest supermarket is about 5-10 min away (LIDL, ALDI, Albert Heijn, JUMBO, SPAR)
• by bike you can the Alkmaar City center in about 10-15 min (~3,5km)
• there is frequent mild traffic that can be heard even at night. Nothing majorly annoying but if you're sensitive to the noise of traffic at night this might not be the place looks
CULTURE
• personnel was brief and not very communicative or welcoming but absolutely sufficient
• the place is very neat and clean, everything is very oderly and there are specific and assigned paces
• the typical clientel consists of rather older people, which dislike loud music and noise, so not really a place for young people to hang around the fire late at night
• most places seem to be assigned to motorhomes and considerably less tents can be seen

Don't trust the owners of this campsite; last week a reservations was excepted and we were very welcome, but this week they changed their minds about renting out to minors. just because one incident takes place everyone has to suffer. Unbelievable - everything was organised and now five people have no accommodation for the next few days.
Truly abomidable. Don't go to this site if you expect any hospitality.
Niet te geloven wat een botte manier van de telefoon beantwoorden. het ene moment wordt je vriendelijk te woord gestaan, het volgende moment komt een botte Westfries die iedereen over één kam scheert en een reservering afwijst na een incident dat op het kampeerterrein heeft plaatsgevonden, en dat daags voordat vijf mensen erop rekenen dat zij kunnen overnachten op de camping zodat ze een conferentie kunnen bijwonen in Alkmaar.
Schandalig, gastvrijheid op deze camping - daar moet de eigenaar in ieder geval niets van hebbenresponse / report this review -

Sehr unfreundlicher Platzwart, das Nottelefon ist nur von 19:00 bis 19:30 Uhr besetzt, also absolut kein Nottelefon, für warmes Wasser muss bezahlt werden, auch für das Waschen von Geschirr. Dem Platzward kann man nur empfehlen, seinen Beruf zu wechseln oder zu akzeptieren, dass der Kunde "König" ist und nicht er. Wir werden auf keinem Fall diesen Platz wieder anfahren. Wir waren mit dem WOMO im April 2017 dort.

Schöner Stellplatz, Sanitäranlagen waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Service war jedoch sehr unfreundlich.

Ich geh seit 16 Jahren im Sommer dahin,der Platz ist sehr sauber die Duschen Und Toiletten auch Top.Die Betreiber sind sehr freundliche Leute und es kostet natürlich ein bissen weil es liegt ja auch sehr Zentral.Ich vertsehe die negativen Komentare nicht,ausserdem ist es sehr ruhig Nachts .Sie bekommen von mir 5 Sterne :) .

Slechtste camping in de omgeving voor campers. zijn er geweest in september met ACSI kaart. Dit viel zwaar tegen: honden zijn verboden, maar wel toegelaten tegen (forse) betaling, ook de "inbegrepen" hond, moet je betalen. De dagelijkse douche, daar kan je ook naar fluiten, maar het ergste is de plaats: Je moet op een "parkeer terrein" gaan staan (ik kan het niet beter omschrijven) , dit is gelegen naast een "P+R" en enkel gescheiden door een haag, een rustige overnachting is er dus niet bij.
Men is ook niet vriendelijk, alles tegen forse betaling: je kan broodjes bestellen, maar als je de prijs ziet , laat je geen kruimeltje liggen op tafel, ook bezoekers moeten betalen, en als je met de camper gewoon wil overnachten kan je aan de ingang van de camping gaan staan tegen een forse 24 euro voor 24 uur, je mag dan alleen staan..Er zijn nog campings in de buurt, en je kan deze beter eerst bekijken, voordat je naar deze camping afzakt, beter een kilometertje extra fietsen om een veel betere overnachting te hebben met wat gezelligheid. Ik wil deze camping dan ook graag nomineren als "slechtste camping van Nederland".response / report this review
