Cool old school hotel. Rooms are nice and big and the dining area is beautiful. Very close to the industrial harbour but you don’t notice it when you are at the hotel

Always good. There's a grumpy waitress who doesn't like us, though, but the owners and other staff are kind, and wonderful.

Great authentic looking hotel. Only downside for people might be that there are no elevators. However, it's probably one of the best hotels in the city.

Value for money. No elevators but the staffs are extremely helpful. 80% ladies manned various positions and took my luggage to my 1st floor room. Amazing fitness overall lovely and cosy property and IJmuiden plant is visible from the doorsteps.

God hotel. Nice room and excellent service. But the english breakfast was a litteratur cold and it looked like it had been reheated.

The room was small, the bed took up most of the space. It was a nice place though and the location was great. Quick walk down to the beach.

Wonderful food, stylish and clean entourage, warm, friendly and professional service.
Prices might be a bit steep, but you get very good food in return. The dishes are original, well-dressed, colourful and well-balanced.
Especially the appetisers were a pleasant surprise as they were a delicious flavour explosion.
Their red house wine is also very recommendable.
The couple who run the establishment are friendly and know their food well.
Overall a very satisfying experience, and would love to visit this restaurant again to celebrate a special occasion.
