Nice small hotel in a village called Zwanenburg located about 15 minutes walk to the train station which takes you to Amsterdam pretty quickly- about 15 to 20 minutes. Affordable clean spacious room I would recommend.

Cosy room but no coffee/tea in the room. Bottle of water would be nice in the empty fridge too.

Very friendly staff. Cozy rooms, though you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside of them. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the train station. The beds and pillows are low quality and the showerheads are harsh. All things considered though, I would probably stay here again.

Definitely not worth the price. And I'm a really frequent traveler (good Hotels for business + backpacking in Hostels on private vacation)so I think I give fair ratings.
- Our room was rather small, dark, old and humid; only clean at the first look, but on a second not really (peanut from the person who stayed before was on the floor for 2 days)
- SO NOISY!!! Bring your earplugs! We even ticked the box for a "quiet room" when making the booking. Probably such a room is not existing (fyi, we had room 11)
.the Fridge is loud (but fully warm inside)
the whole Hotel seems to consists out of doors only, esp. between 07 and 09am, when they're falling shut or being smashed loudly
the walls are not isolated, we understood every single word of our neighbors (Russians who woke up at 06am and partied)
- there's no air ventilation in the room; there's an AC, but probably you only get the remote in the summer for cooling; the room feels "humid"
- not at all a hotel for disabled or old people with walking problems, due to stairs
- bathrooms are tiny and have seen better days; the water sprinkled out of the shower weirdly and not properly;
- only a few (~6?) international TV channels

Amazing customer service! I don't think I have ever met anyone so kind and helpful as here. Rooms are very good looking and clean. The area around the hotel is very nice.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Drinks fridge. TV available. No lifts. No tea n coffee tray in bedrooms. Not smoke friendly

They let us check-in early. Room is fairly small, bed is nice size, shower has no door or curtain but is partially blocked by a wall. Inside reception there are some things to do, such as a pool table. They serve a buffet breakfast in the mornings if you pay. Hotel isn't bad, location is pretty out of the way though, about 20 minutes to the halfweg zwanenburg station to catch the sprinter, other than that it's good.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy. Nice roomy shower. But two large pieces of luggage was cramped. The terrace was a nice feature. There is breakfast, but restaurant not open for lunch or dinner. The few blocks to the center of village is an easy walk. Not many choices on Monday and Sunday.

Good hotel , friendly staff . No escalators in 3 star hotel that amazes me but one more thing , This hotel is 20 minutes walk from metro station . if you do not have GPS definitely , you will forget your way . but my stay was comfortable here . I will highly recommend this hotel . if you are looking for cheap stay in amsterdam which is hardly 15 minutes from metro station and 10 minutes to sloterdejk station .

It was a quick booking for me, but I quite enjoyed my stay. It is really close to almost everything you need, all you need to do is walk down to the main street that s 5 minutes away and you have supermarkets, cafes, barber shops etc.really calm neighbourhood. The rooms are decent, everything is clean and the staff is friendly. All in all I would deffinetly come back.has a bike renting service from the hotel, which I used but was not that trilled of. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Very good for the price. Free shuttle service, nice staff and clean room. Paid 50 euros for a double room. No problems getting to Amsterdam by train.
