The bed had bedbugs, the rooms were not cleaned properly every day!! Moreover, the breakfast was one of the worst.. The worst quality of ham, cheese etc! I personally just ate to not lose that much money..

This hotel should not exist, it cannot be considered a habitable place with the conditions that is providing. The rooms are deteriorated starting from furniture, the tv is not working and the bathroom was even worst

Crappy place with dirty rooms and stoned staff. Wish I could say something positive but there isn't. Suspicious stains on the blankets and the pillows smell old and moldy. We paid 65€ for a double room. Paying half for it would still have been too much.

One Star would be to much After that hotel we didn´t found some money in our wallet. When they gave us "new" towels, they were brown and it wasn´t the color of the towel, it was dirt or something like this

Absolutely filthy, unhygienic and disgusting place. I would place a lawsuit against these scumbags if they were in the UK. We went during the spring season for a weekend and thanks to these people they completely ruined our holiday. Firstly, the whole building was infested with bed bugs which we had been bitten by. We barley stayed for an hour or so before we requested to leave. We demanded a refund (which I have video proof for) which four months on they are still telling us we can't get a hold of the hotel owner to process it. The rooms were boiling hot with no AC and one window. The staff didn't seem surprised at all that there were bed bugs. Absolute scum bags who had no intention to refund us. If you would like to enjoy your holiday or even a nights stay you must avoid.

Basic hotel, it's about 700 meters from Rotterdam central station. Value for money and great staff.

For the price and location, this is a pretty great place. Don't expect anything fancy. The rooms don't smell great, theres no AC and only one window but walking distance to central station for 50euro can't be beat
