Gezellige plek met heerlijk eten. Met plannen in aanbouw om prachtige hotel kwaliteit kamers aan te bieden. Ook met gezellige bar.

I absolutely loved my stay at La Peñita. The owners Mark and Lizzeth are kind and easy to work with. They are both very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you want to do on the island. For example, they will help you reserve transportation, find a trustworthy guide up the volcano and provide general information about Ometepe and its attractions. Also, the food is delicious! Their family makes three home made meals a day that you can purchase and it is wonderful to get to know the family who lives there. The facilities right now are very simple, but they are working to grow and improve over time. If you are visiting Ometepe, you must stay here if you want a true family experience.
