Great hotel with friendly and excellent staff. A very nice courtyard area with a nice pool. The food is excellent and the location is great. It's on a street with many dining options.

Best place to stay after a long fun day at Nicaragua. Staff were so nice special the security guard at front door also police were protecting 24/7 at this location. No time to use pool but I will next time. I requested different services at front desk like ironing my clothes at no extra charge. Wifi works perfectly and hot water available at all time. Definitely I recommend this hotel. I stayed for 4 days its a quiet and relaxing place after a long day. Best place for $65 at night is Way more of my expectations.

Gorgeous hotel but run by SCUM. We stayed there for 2 nights, and scheduled one more before our flight home. Unfortunately, I got strep and had to cancel- we called the hotel more than 48 hours before our scheduled stay AND had the front desk at our other hotel call and cancel to avoid any language barriers. Then they charged me as a no show and lied about us calling, then ignored all my emails and requests.

The hotel staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay great. We are traveling with our three kids and had a rough day and the staff made sure we did not miss happy hour and were well taken care of and they did so many little things to make us feel so well taken care of

Very nice accommodations for Managua. Staff is very friendly and speaks decent English.
Great water pressure and hot water, which was a welcome change from other places we stayed in Nicaragua.
We were the only people in the restaurant but the service was extremely slow. We waited over a half hour for our drinks, which came after our entrees. Ordered Prix fixe, but were charged ala carte.
There was a lounge area right outside our room, playing loud dance music for hours with nobody there, had to call the desk to get it turned off.
Had the desk arrange a taxi to the airport and they charged $25 USD, which is an absurd fare for Managua.response / report this review -
