Comparable if not better than some USA based Holiday Inn Express hotels. All the front desk spoke English and took very good care of us.

Rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, conveniently located near Galerias shopping centre plus other important offices and headquarters. The staff is friendly and the neat restaurant near the entrance is very good.

Hotel is very clean, beds are very confortable and clean, air conditioning is great and hot water available. Breakfast is included but served cold. Pool is clean but tiny. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed daily as well. Not so close to the airport. It will be nice if they had shuttle service to Galerias shopping center.

The facilities are clean and modern. The breakfast is good enough. Customer service is unfortunately off, the ladies at the reception desk are unfriendly. The transportation is unreliable, sometimes it works but sometimes they arrive late, up to one full hour late and are not willing to let you know this or apologize. Even after calling and asking for an update, they will say the car is just a few minutes away and then still take 30min.

This is worse hotel. The front desk is very rude, never greet, no polite and very cold. Also, this hotel does not have queen size beds only full. This hotel can find a lot of lizards and little cockroach in the room.

No room service, mediocre breakfast and showers don't drain right leaving a pool of water at all times. For the price there are better hotels.

Clean and well lit with highly professional front desk staff (good English speakers as well).

Small pool is a bonus. Some rooms have great views of lake Managua (we had room 713 on our second stay and had a great view).

Convenient to have a coffee place so close by (Casa del cafe), as well as a steak restaurant that recently opened (in April 2017).

The hotel is a good budget choice, with a nice little pool, good breakfast options, and friendly staff. There's no fridge in the rooms, which kind of sucks, and no room service. You have to order takeaway. It's modern and clean. No amenities other than bar soap, conditioner and shampoo. It's close to the one decent mall in Managua, Galerías, and that's a plus, but not central enough that you can take a walk around the hotel. They turn off the AC when you leave but never turn it back on, which means that you get back to a warm, stifling room after a day at work.

Pretty new hotel, conveniently located about 2 blocks away from one of the biggest malls in managua. Rooms are great, good size and restroom was pretty nice too. Friendly staff.

Very centric hotel, lots of restaurants around and closed to the biggest mall in Nicaragua Galeria Santo Domingo. Nice but small hotel.

The lower tier cousin of Holiday Inn hotels. This is the newest from the chain though in Nicaragua and is in a good location close to several business centers and malls. Rooms look really updated.
