Well located hotel, decent rooms. I was there for a week in March and almost only one by the poolside. Club lounge closed (supposedly being renovated but that was not the case) and offered some alternative arrangements in the bar. Great breakfast options, including local special fares, but the staff - while eager to get some tips, the same staff members and in quite empty hotel could not remember my hot drink preference while staying that long was a bit dissapointing.

good room, good tepenyaki restaurant, horrible restaurant, terrible service, very bad manners from the staff. Just go there if can eat and not deal with the staff!
